• Following Sabzapk’s marketplace policies.

Sellers must not list counterfeit, illegal, prohibited, misleading, or unauthorized products.

7. Products & Listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, images, specifications, prices and stock information submitted to the marketplace.

All seller product listings may be subject to review and approval by Sabzapk before publication.

Sabzapk may reject, edit, suspend, or remove listings that violate marketplace policies or applicable law.

8. Prices & Availability

Product prices and availability may change at any time.

Sabzapk may correct pricing, product information, or availability errors where reasonably necessary.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges, customs charges, or other fees may apply depending on the order and destination.

9. Orders

Customers may place orders for available products through the Sabzapk platform.

An order may be cancelled or declined where reasonably necessary, including circumstances involving stock unavailability, suspected fraud, technical errors, payment problems, or policy violations.

Sabzapk may temporarily hold or delay payouts where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, disputes, refunds, policy violations, or legal requirements.

17. Reviews & Ratings

Customers may be permitted to submit genuine reviews and ratings based on their actual experience.

• Fake reviews are prohibited.
• Reviews must not contain unlawful or abusive content.
• Users must not manipulate ratings.
• Sabzapk may remove reviews that violate applicable policies.

18. Prohibited Activities & Products

Users and sellers must not use Sabzapk for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activities.

Sellers must not list products prohibited by applicable laws, marketplace policies, payment providers, shipping providers, or other applicable restrictions.

Sabzapk may remove prohibited listings and take appropriate action against violating accounts.

19. Intellectual Property

Sabzapk’s name, branding, logo, website design, software, text, graphics and other platform materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit Sabzapk materials without appropriate authorization.

20. Seller Content

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that product images, descriptions, videos, trademarks, logos and other content they upload do not violate the rights of third parties.

Sellers grant Sabzapk the necessary permission to display and use submitted product content for operating, promoting and providing the marketplace services, subject to the applicable seller agreement and law.
