Seller Agreement
Terms and conditions for sellers using the Sabzapk marketplace.

1. Acceptance of Seller Agreement
By registering as a seller or using seller services on Sabzapk, you agree to comply with this Seller Agreement, Sabzapk’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and other applicable marketplace rules.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use Sabzapk as a seller.
2. Seller Eligibility
Sellers must provide accurate information and meet the eligibility requirements applicable to their location, business type, products, and marketplace activities.
Sabzapk may request additional information where necessary to verify a seller or comply with applicable requirements.
3. Seller Verification
Sellers may be required to complete verification before they can sell products or receive certain marketplace services.
Verification may include identity, business, contact, payment, tax, or other information depending on the applicable requirements.
4. Seller Account
Each seller must provide accurate and up-to-date account information.
- Seller account information must be accurate.
- Login credentials must be kept secure.
- Sellers must not share accounts without authorization.
- Sellers must notify Sabzapk of unauthorized account activity.
5. Product Approval
Sabzapk operates as a multivendor marketplace. Sellers may submit products for listing, but submitted products may require review and approval before becoming publicly available.
Sabzapk may approve, reject, hide, restrict, or remove a product where it does not meet marketplace requirements.
6. Product Listings
Sellers must provide accurate and complete product information.
- Accurate product title.
- Accurate description.
- Correct images.
- Correct price.
- Correct stock information.
- Accurate product specifications.
- Applicable variations and attributes.
- Accurate shipping information.
Sellers must not intentionally provide misleading product information.
7. Product Pricing
Sellers are responsible for providing accurate product pricing and keeping prices up to date.
Sellers must comply with applicable pricing, advertising, consumer protection, tax, and other legal requirements.
8. Commission
Sabzapk may charge sellers a commission or other applicable marketplace fees for products sold through the platform.
Commission rates may vary depending on the product, category, seller arrangement, promotional program, or other applicable marketplace conditions.
The applicable commission or fee information will be communicated through the seller system, seller dashboard, agreement, or other applicable marketplace communication.
9. Seller Payments & Payouts
Eligible seller earnings may be paid through the payment and payout methods supported by Sabzapk.
Payout timing may depend on order completion, payment settlement, returns, refunds, disputes, verification, fraud checks, and other applicable conditions.
Sabzapk may hold or delay a payout where reasonably necessary to investigate a dispute, suspected fraud, chargeback, return, refund, or other issue.
10. Order Fulfillment
Sellers are responsible for properly fulfilling orders received through Sabzapk.
- Prepare the correct product.
- Verify stock availability.
- Package products appropriately.
- Dispatch orders within the applicable processing period.
- Provide accurate tracking information where available.
11. Seller Shipping Responsibilities
Sellers must follow Sabzapk’s Shipping & Delivery Policy and any applicable marketplace shipping rules.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that products are properly prepared and handed to the applicable delivery provider.
12. Returns & Refunds
Sellers must cooperate with valid return, replacement, and refund requests according to Sabzapk’s Return & Refund Policy and applicable marketplace rules.
Where a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its listing, the seller may be required to assist with the resolution.
13. Product Quality & Authenticity
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that products listed on Sabzapk are genuine where authenticity is represented, accurately described, and legally permitted for sale.
Sellers must not knowingly sell counterfeit, stolen, fraudulent, unsafe, illegal, or misleading products.
14. Prohibited Products
Sellers must not list or sell products prohibited by applicable law or Sabzapk marketplace rules.
Sabzapk may remove products or restrict seller accounts where products appear to violate applicable requirements.
15. Intellectual Property
Sellers must have the necessary rights and permissions to use product images, descriptions, logos, trademarks, videos, designs, and other content submitted to Sabzapk.
Sellers must not upload content that infringes another person’s or company’s intellectual property rights.
16. Customer Information
Sellers may receive limited customer information necessary to fulfill orders or provide marketplace services.
Sellers must use customer information only for legitimate order-related and marketplace purposes and must protect it against unauthorized access or misuse.
Sellers must not sell, misuse, or improperly disclose customer information.
17. Fraud, Abuse & Manipulation
Sellers must not engage in fraudulent or manipulative marketplace activities.
- Fake orders.
- Fake reviews.
- False product information.
- Manipulating prices or discounts.
- Payment fraud.
- Abusing promotions.
- Creating duplicate accounts to evade restrictions.
- Attempting to manipulate marketplace rankings or systems.
18. Seller Performance
Sabzapk may monitor seller performance to maintain a safe and reliable marketplace.
Performance factors may include order fulfillment, cancellations, returns, refunds, customer complaints, product accuracy, shipping performance, and policy compliance.
19. Seller Account Suspension
Sabzapk may temporarily restrict or suspend a seller account where reasonably necessary because of suspected policy violations, fraud, security concerns, poor performance, verification problems, or other legitimate marketplace concerns.
Where appropriate, sellers may be asked to provide additional information or take corrective action.
20. Account Termination
A seller account may be terminated where a seller materially violates this Agreement, applicable marketplace rules, or applicable law.
Termination does not automatically remove obligations relating to completed orders, refunds, disputes, payments, confidentiality, or other obligations that should reasonably continue after termination.
21. Seller Responsibility
Sellers are responsible for their products, listings, pricing, inventory, order fulfillment, applicable taxes, required licenses, legal compliance, and customer obligations relating to their products.
Sellers should obtain professional legal or tax advice where necessary for their individual business activities.
22. Disputes
Sellers should first contact Sabzapk support regarding marketplace disputes or account issues.
Sabzapk may review relevant account, order, product, communication, payment, shipping, and return information when resolving marketplace disputes.
23. Changes to This Seller Agreement
Sabzapk may update this Seller Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in marketplace services, seller requirements, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page with the applicable updated date.
