Prohibited Products Policy

1. Purpose

Sabzapk is a multivendor marketplace that allows approved sellers to offer products to customers.

This Prohibited Products Policy explains categories of products and activities that are not permitted or may be restricted on Sabzapk.

2. Seller Responsibility

Sellers must review their products before submitting them to Sabzapk.

• Products must be accurately described.
• Products must comply with applicable laws.
• Sellers must have the necessary rights to sell the products.
• Sellers must follow applicable shipping restrictions.
• Sellers must comply with Sabzapk marketplace policies.

3. Illegal Products

Products whose sale, possession, distribution, import, export, or shipment is prohibited by applicable law may not be listed or sold on Sabzapk.

Sabzapk may remove listings that appear to violate legal requirements.

4. Counterfeit & Fake Goods

Sellers must not list counterfeit, imitation, or unauthorized goods that infringe another person’s or company’s intellectual property rights.

Sellers must not falsely represent products as genuine, authentic, branded, or authorized when they are not.

5. Stolen Goods

Stolen property or products that a seller does not have lawful authority to sell are prohibited.

Sabzapk may restrict or remove listings where there are reasonable concerns about ownership or lawful possession.

6. Weapons & Restricted Items

Weapons and other highly regulated or restricted items may not be listed where their sale, transfer, possession, or shipment is prohibited or restricted by applicable law or Sabzapk marketplace rules.

Additional restrictions may apply depending on the seller, customer location, shipping destination, and applicable legal requirements.

7. Controlled Substances & Illegal Drugs

Illegal drugs, controlled substances, and products whose sale or distribution is prohibited by applicable law are not permitted on Sabzapk.

Regulated medicines or health-related products may also be subject to additional legal and marketplace restrictions.

8. Hazardous Materials

Products that present significant safety, chemical, environmental, fire, or transportation risks may be prohibited or restricted.

Sellers are responsible for complying with applicable storage, packaging, labeling, transportation, and shipping requirements for regulated products.

9. Adult & Restricted Content

Products or content that violate applicable laws, payment-provider rules, shipping restrictions, or Sabzapk marketplace standards may not be listed.

Sabzapk may apply additional restrictions to products or content based on legal, safety, age-related, payment, or marketplace requirements.

10. Gambling & Betting-Related Products

Gambling, betting, or gambling-related products and services that are prohibited or restricted by applicable law or marketplace rules are not permitted.

11. Intellectual Property Violations

Sellers must not upload or sell products that infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, designs, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.

Sellers are responsible for obtaining required permissions before using third-party brands, images, videos, logos, or other protected content.

12. Fraudulent or Deceptive Items

Sellers must not list products or documents that are intended to deceive customers or facilitate fraud.

• Fake or misleading documents.
• Fraudulent claims about products.
• False authenticity claims.
• Misleading product specifications.
• Products presented under false identities or brands.

13. Unsafe or Recalled Products

Products that are subject to a lawful recall, safety ban, or serious safety restriction may not be listed or sold.

Sellers must promptly notify Sabzapk if they become aware that a product previously listed on the platform may present a serious safety issue.

14. Wildlife & Environmental Restrictions

Products involving protected wildlife, endangered species, or environmentally restricted materials may be prohibited or subject to strict legal requirements.

Sellers must comply with applicable wildlife, environmental, import, export, and conservation laws.

15. Misleading Product Listings

Sellers must not use misleading titles, descriptions, images, prices, discounts, reviews, or claims to deceive customers.

Product information should accurately represent what the customer will receive.

16. Sabzapk Admin Enforcement

Sabzapk may review seller listings and marketplace activity.

Sabzapk may, where appropriate:

• Reject a product before publication.
• Remove a published product.
• Restrict product visibility.
• Request additional information.
• Restrict seller activity.
• Suspend a seller account.
• Terminate a seller account where permitted.

17. Seller Action After Removal

If a product is removed or restricted, the seller should not attempt to relist the same prohibited product through another account or listing.

Sellers may contact Sabzapk support where they believe a product was restricted in error.

18. Reporting Prohibited Products

Customers, sellers, rights holders, and other users may report a product that they believe violates this policy or applicable law.

Reports should include enough information for Sabzapk to identify and review the listing.

19. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Sabzapk may restrict products based on applicable laws, regulations, payment-provider requirements, courier restrictions, customs requirements, or other legitimate marketplace considerations.

A product being legally available in one country does not necessarily mean that it may be sold or shipped to another country.

20. Changes to This Policy

Sabzapk may update this Prohibited Products Policy from time to time to reflect changes in marketplace services, safety requirements, applicable law, payment requirements, shipping restrictions, or business practices.
